2021 should end in beef consumption record

In April, the United States Department of Agriculture reviewed upwardly  the world beef consumption expectation  for the year 2021. According to the USDA, the estimate is that 60 million tons will be consumed, which represents a 1.6% increase compared to 2020 (50 million).
The main responsible for such rise is China, which has considerably increased its demand for protein.
